Good projector. a bit on the large side, but the picture is good and bright, even during daytime with curtains that don’t do much drawn, the picture was still clear and bright enough to watch. Plenty of connections to view what you want. There are really only two small gripes with this projector, 1. the speaker isn’t great and can’t be switched off, 2. the projector is big, really big for a projector. If you don’t care about the size of the thing and route the sound through other speakers (cover the built in speaker with duck tape and use the audio out jack).

I have been watching and waiting to buy a projector for many years., 1 April 2016

I have been watching and waiting to buy a projector for many years. I finally got a bonus at work and pulled the trigger on this projector. I caught a lot of flak from my wife, but after it was up and running she had nothing to say but wow.

I’m projecting a 150″ image from about 14 ft. away. This item works best in dark rooms on a white wall/screen,the picture is bright and sharp, in a word, breathtaking. We would normally have to draw all of the shades super tight to get a decent picture, but this picture is so bright it looks good even with the lights on. HD is perfect and sports channels look terrific.

The system has two HDMI ports, two USB ports, AV port, VGA port, TV port,Compatible with many devices:iPhone, iPad,Laptop,DVD,etc. I had tried with my iPhone and Laptop once I received this item, very easy to connect and use. I have a PS3 and used it on the projector today. PS3 was good on quality and sound (by the way, the sound quality is great)

I think the piece that impressed me the most is the customization and flexibility of the projector. Once the projector is mounted and stable, all of the fine adjustments are made with the Remote Control which makes it very easy to use. My projector is mounted from the front and from the ceiling, and there has been a bit of a trapezoid given that the projector is throwing an image from high to low. There is a Keystone Correction button on the projector, just adjust it,all it took to get the picture perfectly aligned with the screen. I’m not sure how they do that, but it was really impressive.

Excellent performance v price. Highly recommended., 15 Feb. 2017

I really like the brightness of the display, which is bright enough to watch even in the day time with curtains open. While it isn’t full HD, the quality of the picture is absolutely fine for films or gaming, with a very impressive lack of pixilation or lag. I’ve used this against a magnolia painted wall and on a white projector screen. While there is a difference, I was impressed with both. Like any projector, this does make a noise, but the quality of the speaker makes this easy to overcome. It came well packaged and was delivered on time. There are many options in terms of image source, meaning you can link pretty much anything to it (HDMI, USB, WIFI), which I found really important as I wanted to project to a screen which rolls down over my TV, but didn’t want to drag all of the cables from sky box etc. from behind the TV to the opposite side of the room. In my view that makes the wireless features a must. I was able to take this out of the box and, within literally seconds, produce a focussed image at over 100 inches. The only down sides are the size of the unit itself (about the size of two old size VCRs on top of each other) and the slightly clunky performance of remote control through menus. It’s also worth bearing in mind the distance you need between projector and screen to get the very largest image sizes. All things considered, I’d absolutely recommend this. It’s a good balance between paying a bit more for the extra performance and features vs the £50-£60 versions, but feeling you’ve got a massive bargain compared to the big brand £600-£700+ alternatives. I’m a pretty picky tech buyer and had my reservations about build quality and unknown make, but I have been very surprised. Having searched high and low for the max brightness and features for the price (£240), I can save you some time. Buy this one!
